Why teams repeat the same conflict cycles.

Teams rarely fall into conflict because of "difficult personalities."

More often, they fall into predictable behavioural loops — activated during pressure or change.

I see the same patterns again and again in teams across health and care:

🔸 Silence → frustration → conflict
🔸 Over-functioning → resentment → withdrawal
🔸 Misinterpretation → defensiveness → escalation

These loops aren't personal. They're patterns.

And patterns can be understood, interrupted, and changed.

When teams learn to see their own loops, collaboration becomes possible again.
