Some stories don't follow a straight lin. Mine certainly hasn't.

I started on the frontline of mental health nursing — learning what it means to hold space for people when everything feels uncertain.

My Story

Then I left. Built my own business in the construction industry. Travelled abroad. Led teams in a world that had nothing to do with mental health — and everything to do with human behaviour under pressure.

Then 2008 arrived. The economic downturn changed everything.

I came back to nursing — bringing every hard-won insight from business back into the health system with me.

I later founded Coaching Transition.

Not because it was the logical next step.

Because it was the only thing that made sense.

A group of people gathered around a table in a workshop or training session with a woman standing and speaking, gesturing with her right hand while holding a cup in her left. The table is cluttered with papers, cups, and a LEGO set. In the background, there's a screen displaying a presentation slide titled 'TEAM' and various chairs and tables.

“This is not surface-level work.

“It is the kind of support that gets underneath what is really happening — and creates the conditions where lasting change becomes possible”

“It’s for individuals, leaders, teams and organisations”

“And it’s for anyone who knows the version of themselves they are living doesn't quite match the one they know is possible”
