DISC Profiling
DiSC profiling is widely used, with a longstanding behavioural theory element which supports behavioural assessment. This tool helps people understand how they tend to think, communicate, and work. It’s especially common in leadership development, team building, and workplace culture programmes
Your 4‑Step DiSC Journey
Step 1: Complete Your DiSC Assessment (Individual or Team)
You or each team member receives a link to the online DiSC questionnaire. It’s quick, intuitive, and designed to capture behavioural preferences with accuracy.
Step 2: Personalised DiSC Report
You receive a detailed, easy‑to‑understand report outlining your dominant style, motivators, stressors, communication patterns, and growth opportunities. The team will also receive a map showing how different styles interact.
Step 3: A 1:1 Coaching Debrief
In a reflective coaching session, we explore your and/or the team’s profile in depth — connecting DiSC insights to real‑life/work situations, challenges, and goals. This is where psychotherapeutic coaching adds depth, helping to understand patterns, team dynamics and shift unhelpful thinking or conflict.
Step 4: Integration & Development Plan
We close with practical recommendations and agree next steps. You and/ the team leave with clear actions, personalised strategies, and practical tools to improve communication, decision‑making, and confidence. Optional follow‑up coaching supports long‑term growth.
ENGAGE · The programme
You know what needs to happen.
You just can't seem to make it happen.
I keep having the same conversations. Nothing shifts.
The leader whose team meetings end where they started
I'm doing everything right. It still isn't working.
The founder carrying the whole thing alone
My people are good. So why does nothing land?
The manager who can see the problem but can't reach it
I've done the training. Attended the away-days. Still here.
Anyone who has tried the usual answers and is ready for something that actually lands
Ready to understand yourself — and bring your team with you?
DiSC gives you the language. The 1:1 session makes it real — for you, your role, and the people you lead. Start with your own profile. Then bring it to your team.
What ENGAGE does
DiSC. 1:1 coaching. Group work.
Held together — so the friction stops.
ENGAGE brings together the three things already on this page — DiSC, 1:1 coaching, and group work — into one structured programme designed to produce a specific outcome: you and your people functioning at the level you are actually capable of.
It begins with understanding what is really happening — not the presenting problem, but what is underneath it. That diagnostic work shapes everything that follows. The result is not more awareness. It is different behaviour, in the room, under pressure, where it matters.
