𝗡𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗴𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

I had to find one.

In 2016 I completed my DiSC accreditation. And I had to sit with my own report.

I wasn't prepared for this.

Data that explained something I had been living for years — and couldn't name.

My word. That threw me.

My warmth. My expressiveness. My need for connection. All sitting below the line in how I came across to others.

I wonder — do you know what that feels like? What it looks like for you?

How differently you might communicate with others if you did?

I had to learn — without anyone telling me — to hold it back.

That moment changed how I work and communicate with people.

And it is the moment I am bringing into a room for the first time.
