What about the options, the decisions? They are:

So how do you choose? Which ones do you action?
A simple technique I use โ with myself and with my clients โ is this:
List everything.
The most fearful thought. The most anxiety-provoking task, idea, suggestion. All the way down to the least.
Score each one. 10 for the most feared. 0 for the least.
Then start at the bottom.
Work your way up.
Not because the big things don't matter โ they do.
But because momentum is built in small steps. Confidence grows when you prove to yourself, again and again, that you can move.

> Whether you're a business owner navigating the strain of travel, missed moments, growing pressureโฆ
> Or whether you're just starting out โ and everything feels like too much at once.
