Great thoughts. Strong opinions. Words of wisdom from every corner of the world.

Some will resonate. Others won't...and that's OK.

What about the options, the decisions? They are:
*Limitless.
*Endless.
*Continually growing.

So how do you choose? Which ones do you action?

A simple technique I use โ€” with myself and with my clients โ€” is this:

List everything.

The most fearful thought. The most anxiety-provoking task, idea, suggestion. All the way down to the least.

Score each one. 10 for the most feared. 0 for the least.

Then start at the bottom.

Work your way up.

Not because the big things don't matter โ€” they do.

But because momentum is built in small steps. Confidence grows when you prove to yourself, again and again, that you can move.

> Whether you're caring for someone and wondering how to also care for yourselfโ€ฆ

> Whether you're a business owner navigating the strain of travel, missed moments, growing pressureโ€ฆ

> Or whether you're just starting out โ€” and everything feels like too much at once.

The list works.

Where would you start today?
