Leaders. Clinicians. Senior professionals holding organisations together with very little left in the tank. Founders and entrepreneurs who pour everything into building something — and forget to dig into themselves to find the deeper meaning behind why they're building it.
The ones who will authorise staff development budgets without hesitation — and not submit their own expenses for months.
The ones who will invest in the next thing for the business — and still haven't stopped to ask what they actually need.
Sometimes we just need to stop. And breathe.
I know that pattern. I've lived it. I've watched it in others for thirty years.
So I built something for them.

What happens in the room:
We look at identity — who you actually are beneath the role. We work with DiSC — understanding your style, your pressure responses, your defaults under stress. We explore values — what happens to yours when the system squeezes hard. We look at the language your mind uses with you — and whether it's working for you or against you.
Not a course. Not a webinar. A space to think — without performing.
Both sessions are free. Both are on Zoom. Come to one or both.

And if this isn't for you — please share it. Pass it to the leader, the community fixer, the manager, the person in your network who you know is running on empty right now. The one who'd never ask for help but would quietly turn up if someone they trusted pointed them here.
They're in your network. You know who they are.
