This isn't a webinar. It isn't a workshop. It's a space to think — without performing. Across two online sessions, we explore what it actually means to show up as yourself. Not a polished version. Not the role. Not the identity the organisation or the market has slowly built around you. You.
Something happens when you spend long enough in a role, a business, a system. You adapt. You adjust. You learn what the room expects and you deliver it. And somewhere in that process — quietly, without drama — you start to lose the thread back to yourself. This event is about finding it again.
This event was built for you if — You're leading a team and wondering why something feels out of alignment. You're building a business and you've started to perform a version of yourself rather than actually being yourself. You're in a role that carries responsibility — clinical, operational, strategic — and the weight of it has slowly become the whole of you. You're new to business and trying to figure out how to show up with credibility without losing who you are. You've been told you're "a lot" or "not enough" — and you're tired of calibrating yourself for other people's comfort. ADHD minds are specifically welcome here. This space is designed with you in mind — short bursts of content, regular pauses, no performance required
Part 1 — Who you are and how you show up Wednesday 24 June · 7:00pm – 8:30pm UK Time · Zoom We begin with a question most of us have never been properly invited to sit with: do you actually know how you show up — and does it match who you are inside? I'll introduce DiSC — not as a personality test, but as a language for understanding yourself and the people around you. And I'll walk through my own real DiSC report, live on screen. What it revealed. What surprised me. What I had to sit with. There are no slides full of theory here. There is honesty, and there is space to think.
Part 2 — Your values. Your language. Your mind. Friday 27 June · 7:00pm – 8:30pm UK Time · Zoom Part 2 goes deeper. We look at values — not as a vision board exercise, but as the internal compass that tells you when something is wrong before your conscious mind catches up. We look at what happens when organisations, roles, and systems quietly erode them. And we look at language — because the words you use with yourself shape how your brain responds. We will change at least one thing you say to yourself before the session ends.
What you'll take away A language for understanding yourself that most people have never had access to. Clarity on the gap between your internal sense of self and how you currently present — and what's driving it. Named values, and an understanding of what happens when they're compromised without your permission. At least one shift in the language you use with yourself — from resistance to agency. And permission. To lead from your actual strengths. To stop editing yourself for a room that wasn't built for you.
Both sessions are free. You can register for Part 1 only, Part 2 only, or both. There's no obligation to attend both — but the sessions are designed to build on each other. When you register, you'll receive a confirmation with your Zoom link and a short note from me about what to expect. Register below. I'll see you there.
