Our story

With decades in the mental health and leadership space, Trudy Wrake saw first-hand the challenges individuals, teams, and organisations face during periods of change. Working across both public and private sectors, she observed that traditional coaching often focused on surface-level outcomes, leaving the deeper psychological and behavioural factors unaddressed.

A group of people gathered around a table in a workshop or training session with a woman standing and speaking, gesturing with her right hand while holding a cup in her left. The table is cluttered with papers, cups, and a LEGO set. In the background, there's a screen displaying a presentation slide titled 'TEAM' and various chairs and tables.
